(2) Make a nice and simple title page and a table of contents.
(3) Outline your slides and use bullets and keywords in order to create interest among the users.
(4) Use contrasting colors in order to make the presentation easier to read and retain the focus of the audience.
(5) Avoid using distracting background or animations which may otherwise distract the audience.
(6) Make sure that you have no grammatical and spelling errors.
(7) Make a simple conclusion similar to the title page.

Finally, Select the Microsoft PowerPoint and than determine the layouts for the slides. One can select others by clicking on New (over on the right) or check out the design templates. Go to the Insert than click New Slide to make a new slide. Practice inserting images in order to make the presentation more attractive.
