The Xbox 360 was developed in cooperation
with IBM, ATI and SiS. It is the second video game console produced by Microsoft. (The Xbox 360 is the successor to the Xbox.)

Different versions of the Xbox 360 include: the “Arcade” console, the “Premium” console and the “Elite” console. (The Arcade replaces the previous version called the “Core” which has been discontinued.) A variety of accessories are available for each of these three versions of the Xbox 360. Players are able to download games, movies, and music content via the Internet; and, are able to compete online with other gamers utilizing the Xbox Live service. The Xbox 360 competes with other gaming devices such as Sony’s PlayStation 3 and the Nintendo Wii.
